We live in a demanding world where taking time to truly nourish our mind, body and spirit without interruptions
is uncommon. A retreat is a break away from the familiar day to day. It provides an opportunity to explore new information and restores the balance between the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. A retreat is a gift
to your whole being that allows you to shift from living from routine into living from truth and awareness
of what is meaningful. The food, surroundings, Yoga and meditation will enrich you at every level.
Sometimes we need the support of a community, ready with new friends to be gained, to feel
truly nourished, rejuvenated and uplifted. It is richly rewarding to be in a setting that allows us
to move with freedom into mind, body and spirit. We discover our soul’s purpose and voice.
We will leave a retreat knowing how to be our truest selves in ordinary, everyday life.
