Class #1 Headstand (Sirsasana)

Class #2 Shoulderstand (Sarvangasana)

Class #3 Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana) and Forearm Balance (Pincha Mayurasana)

All Levels Welcome!

Each class in the 3-part series will highlight the fundamentals of a specified pose, starting with simple to more challenging.  For example, learn details of alignment in Downward Dog which translate to handstand.  Or learn detailed alignment in Bridge Pose which leads to shoulderstand.  Also, learn several variations you can practice if you have specific limitations or injuries but still want to receive the benefits of an inversion Yoga practice. Due to small group setting, students will receive hands-on adjustments and learn customized therapeutic modifications. 
Whether through downward dog, headstand or shoulderstand, inverting your body can help you to discover a sense of freedom, taste new possibilities and realize transformed ways of thinking.

YOGA FOR TEENS

Gather a group of teens for private group Yoga.  Strength, flexibility and balance are gained

making this an ideal class for teens.

In an hour-long class, teen boys and girls of all levels will learn common Yoga postures, breathing techniques and positive psychology to help ease everyday stress, enhance concentration and build confidence and self-esteem.
