INTRODUCTION TO YOGA


This series offers a substantial foundation for all new students.  In 3 weeks, the basics of yoga poses are taught with an emphasis on alignment, modifications and yoga breathing. Experience the benefits of flexibility, strength and relaxation through out this series.  Students are then prepared to move into public classes with knowledge, confidence and enthusiasm for this life-changing practice.
