Series I:  Headstand (Sirsasana)

Series II:  Shoulderstand (Sarvangasana)

Series III:  Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana) and Forearm Balance (Pincha Mayurasana)

All Levels Welcome!

Each class in the series will highlight the fundamentals of a specified pose such as Downward Dog, headstand or shoulderstand. Also, learn several variations to practice related to that inversion posture. Students will receive hands-on adjustments and learn customized therapeutic modifications.

  • realize calm and balance during times of stress
  • transition to a more advanced (level 2, 3) yoga practice
Whether though downward dog, headstand or shoulderstand, inverting your body (and sometimes your way of thinking) can help you to discover a sense of freedom, taste new possibilities and realize transformed consciousness.
